Biography of Mr. Intizar Khadim
Mr. Khadim is the CEO and Managing Partner of Bsmart Khadim Trading and Bsmart System Solutions in the South, Central and Middle Eastern regions.
Mr. Khadim was the Chief of Staff and Director of StratCom for IDLG, Director General of AGAH, research fellow with Amnesty international in Washington, Asian Development Bank’s National Project officer, with a decade long working experiences with UN agencies in different senior capacities.

- Coordinated national economic sanctions over targeted groups and individuals,
- Protected Afghan refugees and IDPs’ rights nationally and internationally,
- Coordinated/Mobilized Civilians’ right in peace and political process, and
- Monitored/mitigated of civilian casualties in the armed conflicts of Afghanistan
Being a professional thematic researcher, US Alumni (IVLP), senior Humphrey fellow of Arizona State University, and holder of Masters of Business Administration specialized in Project Management, Mr. Khadim has been the key note speaker on the issues of peace, political reconciliation, civilizations, globalization, and international economic development in many international conferences stretches from Europe to United States, and China to middle east.
Mr. Khadim has been a versatile technical figure and technocrat with compounded experiences from political, academic and business environments. He has been university lecturer, public speaker, International media Analyst and recognized author of 7 books including “International Political Chess”.
